Shipping and Returns Policy

At Ways Gifting Company, we are committed to delivering your orders in the most efficient and timely manner possible. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which we ship products and handle returns or refunds. We encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking email once your package has been dispatched. Delays due to high volume will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (India): Standard: 3–7 business days | Express: 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Promotions for free shipping will be announced on the website or via email.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Issues

For lost or delayed packages, contact our support team within 7 days. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if not, we’re here to help. The following outlines our return and refund procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Perishables or opened consumables

3. Return Process

Email support@waysgifting.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, check your bank and credit card provider. If still unresolved, contact us at accounts@waysgifting.in.

7. Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items. Email us with photos and your order number to request an exchange.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and must be handled via the return process.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with images and details. We'll send a replacement or refund you as needed.
